Thank You for
purchasing our products from the website.
According to state
law, Scotts Fine Wine and Spirits can
only accept the return of defective goods. In such instances, we will offer a
replacement of the same item, refund the credit card used to purchase the item,
or issue a store credit for the amount that was paid for the item. If the
purchase was made using cash, the customer must supply a receipt as proof the
purchase was made at Scotts Fine Wine and
Spirits
Shipping and handling
costs are non-refundable.
All returns must be
made within 30 days of purchase.
Any wines which are
five years or older are purchased at the buyers' own risk and are not subject
to refund or return.
